服務很棒！四周環境很美，附近都是住宅區很安靜，房間整齊乾淨。房間門不太好關，離地鐵站走路都上坡拉行李比較累一點，但性價比超高！非常值得！

民宿環境優美安靜，因為是在治安良好的住宅區，即使早出晚歸也不用擔心安全問題。老闆推薦的餐廳很好吃，價位比景點附近的餐廳便宜許多，後來每天晚上都去報到，省了不少餐費。

Quite and safe apartment. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. Robi is a very thoughtful and professional host. He recommended a very delicious and cheap restaurant just 5 minutes by walk from apartment. A wonderful stay in Rome. We would like to come back soon. :)

Stayed here for 3 nights it was excellent very clean and comfortable. Location is great! To termini station it takes only 10 min of walk plus 15 min of metro. Staff so helpful and nice. Just perfect and would recommend to all!!

環境很乾淨整潔，老闆Robi很nice,第一天抵達時比較晚而且公車比較晚開，他在外面等了20分還是很熱情的接待，並且提供一些有用的旅遊資訊。建議初次來的朋友先在機場或特米尼車站辦好網路及電話以方便聯繫。

저렴한 가격이고 방과 욕실이 굉장히 넓고 깨끗하고 시설도 좋아요. 조금만 걸어가면 버스 정류장이 있어 교통도 편리한 편입니다. 민박 주인이 친절하고 영어 구사 가능합니다. 저렴한 가격에 꽤 깨끗한 시설에 교통이 편리한 이탈리아 민박을 배낭여행자에게 추천합니다.

由於擔心羅馬治安問題,我們避開中央火車站,選擇捷運站附近的勞倫蒂娜之家.出民宿走幾步路就是公車站,轉搭捷運很方便,而且離競技場很近,捷運站前還有直達羅馬競技場的公車!
女主人很熱心,提供相當詳細的周邊商家資訊,替我們省下很多做功課的時間.感謝兩位主人的熱情招待,讓我們能以一晚35歐住到這麼乾淨又寬敞的雙人房,真的很物超所值!下次有機會再訪羅馬,我們一定會再次選擇勞倫蒂娜之家! |

地點的確是離市區有段距離，但是附近悠閒寧靜的社區讓旅客更接近當地生活。
另外是若能開放廚房攻供入住房客使用，會讓要省錢的旅客更開心。
我會建議讓旅客自行提出申請，同樣的若是廚房空間使用上不清潔也可以從鑰匙保證金去扣款是個方便。
又或是入住房客達到幾晚可免費使用也可以。這是建議。
